All current sales are digital. No shipping address is required or collected at checkout.

Ready wallpaper packs are made available through a private link sent to your checkout email after payment is confirmed. Packs explicitly marked as preorder are prepared manually and normally sent within the timing shown on the product page.

Private links are available for 7 days. You can request a replacement link from the site for 90 days after purchase.

Check your spam folder first, then email a@smetanka.me with your Stripe receipt and we'll resend your order.

Physical products — prints, objects, apparel — are not available yet, so there is no physical shipping, tracking, carriers, customs, or duties to worry about. When physical goods launch, this page will be updated with full shipping terms.
