The only products currently offered for sale are digital wallpaper packs for a selected artwork. High-resolution print files, commissioned videos, and physical goods are not currently available for purchase. If they launch, their product pages will say so explicitly and these terms will be updated.

All prices are final consumer prices in EUR. The seller currently applies the Italian regime forfettario, so Italian VAT is not charged under Article 1, paragraphs 54–89 of Law 190/2014. Payment is processed by Stripe Checkout; we never see or store your card details. The Stripe receipt confirms payment but is not an Italian fiscal invoice. If you need an invoice, email a@smetanka.me before paying so that we can collect the required billing details.

Ready wallpaper packs are made available through a private link sent to the email address used at checkout after payment is confirmed. Packs explicitly marked as preorder are prepared manually before that link is sent. See the Delivery page for timing and details.

Products marked as preorder are prepared after purchase. Preparation begins as soon as your order is placed. Timing is listed on the product page. See §7 for your right to cancel a preorder before it is delivered.

High-resolution print files, commissioned videos, and physical goods are not currently sold through this site and cannot enter checkout.

Before starting paid checkout, you must actively request delivery during the 14-day withdrawal period and acknowledge that your right of withdrawal ends when you open the private download page or start downloading the digital content. This consent is never selected for you and is recorded with the order.

Until you begin the download, you may withdraw from the order without giving a reason within 14 days of purchase. For a preorder, you may also cancel at any time before the private download link is sent. To withdraw, email a@smetanka.me; we will refund an eligible payment in full.

Opening the private download page or starting an individual or ZIP download begins supply of the digital content. From that point, the statutory withdrawal right ends under Article 59(o) of the Italian Consumer Code. This does not affect your statutory remedies if a file is defective, corrupted, or not as described.

Buying a file gives you a personal, non-commercial license:

– You may use wallpapers on your own devices.

– You may not print wallpapers, previews, screenshots, or any standard digital file.

– You may share the imagery on social media with credit (@asmetanka).

– You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, mint as NFTs, use commercially, or use the files to train AI models.

All artwork, videos, stills, and product imagery remain the intellectual property of the artist. A purchase transfers the license described here, not copyright. For commercial licensing, write to a@smetanka.me.

The works are original artworks created by the artist using generative image and video systems as part of the production method. What you buy is a finished artwork file, not an automated generation service.

You may not use this site or your purchases for unlawful purposes, and you may not misrepresent the authorship of the works. We may refuse service in cases of fraud or abuse.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your statutory consumer rights. Otherwise, our total liability in connection with any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

These terms are governed by Italian law, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence. If a problem comes up, contact us first at a@smetanka.me — genuine issues are resolved quickly. EU consumers may also use out-of-court dispute resolution bodies available in their country of residence.

We may update these terms. The version published at the time of your purchase applies to your order.
